You will receive a preference sheet via email. It is important to consult your entire party before completeing. The sample menu gives you an idea about the kinds of meals you can expect, however is subject to change due to limited availability, allergies or preference. If you see something you particularly like or don't like please include that in your preference sheet!
Breakfasts

Acai Bowl
Just as refreshing as it is beautiful! Using real acai juice along with other berries, and topped with chia seeds, crunchy granola, almonds, and other seasonal fruit this a great way to start the day off right! Served with toast or english muffin.

Green and Sunny
Crispy whole grain toast smeared with fresh smashed avocado, bacon, two poached eggs cooked to your liking, and topped with juicy heirloom tomatoes and sprouts

Banana French Toast
Steaming hot french toast crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside with hints of cinnamon and brown sugar and topped with sauteed bananas served with bacon and REAL maple syrup!
Lunches

Buddha Bowl
Tri colored quinoa tossed with chucks of avocado, asparagus, tomatoes, sauteed onions and sliced almonds, drizzled with a balsamic lemon dressing

Fish Tacos
Delicious fresh fish of the day topped with a fresh mango salsa and served with a blueberry corn salad

Southwest Chicken Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce topped with black beans, corn, tomatoes, plump cherry tomatoes, sauteed onions, juicy blackened chicken served with homemade avocado cilantro lime dressing

Soul Shrimp
Crisp cracker smothered in fresh guacamole and beauitfully topped with blackened shrimp and tomato

Fresh cooked baguette toasted to perfection brushed with olive oil and topped with tossed juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and balsamic

Thick, fresh tuna steak cooked to perfection and encrusted with sesame seeds, served over wasabi mash potatoes and sauteed veggies
